Premade Shaped Pouch Packaging Machine, 4-Nozzle Filling
The premade shaped pouch packaging machine is designed for high-speed, parallel pouch packaging using preformed shaped stand-up pouches. The system starts with finished pouches and uses a four-lane mechanical gripper unit to simultaneously pick up, open, and position four pouches in one cycle. Each pouch is processed in parallel through dosing, filling, and sealing. This synchronized structure allows shaped pouch packaging that is usually slower to be converted into stable, scalable production capacity. The result is high efficiency without compromising pouch appearance or accuracy.
